As part of the student honors program, Franco also served as an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations office in Miami, Florida.
Licensed to practice law in New York since 2011 and in Florida since 2015, Franco has over a decade of experience successfully representing clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas (such as EB-1, EB-2, Labor Certifications, O-1, L-1, E-2, and H-1B), deportation defense, and naturalization.
He has had the privilege of representing notable personalities, including former president of Colombia, Alvaro Uribe Velez.

In 2015 he earned a Juris Doctor Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
FRANCO got his license to practice law in New York in 2011 and to practice in Florida in 2015.
He has represented hundreds of clients in immigration matters before USCIS and other federal agencies across the entire United States.
