We often think we know our rights, but do we really?

Our rights are basic and inviolable, regardless of our immigration status, so we must know what we are granted under the laws of civil rights and the United States Constitution so as not to fall into incidents.

You will then be able to realize the rights that protect us and how to exercise them.

⦁    If you don’t understand something, you have the right not to sign
Saying I don’t want to sign

⦁    You have the right to remain silent. If you wish to exercise that right, you must say it aloud.

⦁    You have the right to a copy of all your immigration documents.

⦁    If you are not an American, you have the right to call your country’s consulate.

⦁    The police and immigration must approve communication between you and your country’s consulate.

⦁    You have the right to speak with an attorney before answering any questions. Just saying, “I’ll remain silent until I talk to a lawyer.”

⦁    You have the right to refuse to consent to immigration or the police to have your vehicle searched your home, or even yourself

FrancoLegalGroup will then leave an image so that we can print it and simply deliver it to any authority that asks us for a registration to imply that we know our rights.

In any case, remember that we have Criminal Lawyers, Civil Lawyers, Divorce Lawyers and Immigration Lawyers for any case you may need…
